President of Djibouti Congratulates HM the King On Moroccans’ Positive Vote in Favor of Constitution

Rabat — HM King Mohammed VI received a congratulatory message from President of Djibouti Ismail Omar Guelleh on positive vote by the Moroccan people in favor of the new draft constitution.

In this message, the president extends his heartfelt congratulations on the positive result of the referendum held on the constitution’s review which, according to him, constitutes a turning point at the political, economic and social levels.

“By responding in great numbers to your call, the Moroccan nation renewed its trust in you and adhered to your new vision which will turn the Kingdom into a country of prosperity and progress,” he underlined.

In reality the King Mohammed of Morocco has cleverly tried to relinquish his absolute power in order to avoid the Arab Spring, perhaps the King(4) thinks that he has created a constitutional-monarchy in-time before democracy-tide flips his ship. Unlike Piggy who dreams to be a king of Djibouti one day. It’s amazing, being absolute ruler of Djibouti that employs a draconian laws is not enough!!
