Djibouti Minister of Awqaf Gets Acquainted with Qatari Waqf Experiment

Doha, November 28 (QNA) – HE Djibouti Minister of Islamic Affairs and Awkaf Dr. Hamid Abdi Sultan ,who is currently visiting Qatar, has got acquainted with Qatar”s experiment in waqf area through his visit to the general department of waqf affiliated to the ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs. The Djibouti official highlighted during his meeting here Monday with the director general of the aforesaid department abdullah ad-dousari the qatari epxeriment stressing meantime his country”s need to benefit of it as relating to investing the waqf funds and assets and giving training courses to the national cadrers in this domain. Earlier Thursday HE the Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Dr. Ghaith bin Mubarak Al-Kuwari conferred with the Djibouti Minister of Islamic Affairs and Awkaf Dr. Hamid Abdi Sultan on means of bolstering relations between the two countries, in addition to matters of mutual concern especially those related to Islamic projects in the Republic of Djibouti.(QNA) MD
