Djibouti can manage any militant risk stirred by U.S.& French Bases

Djibouti Economy and Finance Minister Ilyas Moussa Dawaleh told Reuters on a visit to London

Djibouti can manage any militant risk stirred by U.S., French bases

How many of you believe that is the case?

Poverty, joblessness are longer-term threats

Who’s’ mistake is it?

The fact that “everyone knows everyone” helps spot threats

Does the bad person tell everyone his or her intension?

“But we have to address youth unemployment and poverty. This is the only insurance to avoid such a shifting towards that kind of practice.”
“But the area where maybe we have to take care of, is properly fighting poverty and unemployment of our youth. Terrorists will be using that to manipulate those in need.”

Traffic through the port, run by Dubai’s DP World, the world’s third-largest port operator, is seen as a key economic indicator for the region as a whole. DP World also runs the Doraleh Container Terminal, with an annual handling capacity of 3 million TEUs (20-foot equivalent units).

Even though the current regime under sold the strategic importance of Djibouti by charging only $2 per ton for about 200 km, a fraction of what Eritrea use to charge the Ethiopian shipment in 70 km of half hazardous road. In Djibouti ports shipping and handling charge whether it’s a domestic or forwarding is administered by DP world.

There is also toll charge for heavy-duty international trucks, these known locally as “fond routier” these toll charges doesn’t go to through the governmental revenue collection agencies, however it goes directly to the presidential coffer.

If the current government negotiate with the foreign military base, the French, US, Japanese and other EU countries properly rather than charging the fraction of service and the strategic location that it provides, also collects the all the taxes, port dues and reforms the labour law by giving priority to domestic workers, the unemployment poverty can easily managed
This Djibouti government wouldn’t need to make cheap excuses for the western countries to sort out the Djiboutian government failure for not standing up the right to exploit the premier piece of that God given

If the US and other foreign governments militaries in Djibouti need an extra security for the illegal attacks they carry out day in day out, the government is obligated to charge them accordingly. And in case of any attracts (GOD forbid) the collateral damages Should be deemed as tort of negligence, Djiboutian citizen have right to sue the US government and others for damage causation.
